Fire Warden Training

This engaging Fire Warden course covers the necessary theoretical training alongside key practical skills to ensure that participants who complete the course will have a basic awareness of good fire prevention management, the different types of fire extinguishers and how to use them, and also give people the confidence to take the lead in an emergency to facilitate the safe and prompt evacuation of the building.

  • Entry Requirements: This course requires no formal entry requirements.
  • Course Length: Half day
  • Assessment: A short written test or ongoing assessment throughout course delivery.
  • Important: The number of fire wardens (fire marshalls) you should have on-site depends on the size of your business, but it is highly recommended that you train additional employees for holiday and sick cover. Contact us to discuss how many fire wardens you need for your business.

How long is a Fire Warden qualification valid for?

Fire Warden training is valid for three years. After three years, the qualification will need to be renewed by completing the full course again.
