"Lee has been an enormous help in maintaining the company's Gold standard by his continuous support throughout 2022. He's always very approachable and helpful even if my assistance request happens out of our scheduled visits. I'd specifically like to praise him on his support during not one, but two transition periods when we struggled with staff shortages."
