We provide a standard turnaround service of five working days. For those in need of faster returns, we also provide an express turnaround service upon request with pre-booking, which is perfect for sole traders and SMEs who require speedy equipment returns to maintain operations.
All instruments are calibrated to available specifications unless customers specify otherwise.
Mains-powered equipment is PAT tested and labelled before being returned to the customer.
Recalls via email are sent to customers a month before the calibration due date.
