Stallard Kane Joins the CITB Employer Network

We're pleased to announce that Stallard Kane is now part of the CITB Employer Network, helping CITB-registered employers access funded training and development opportunities for their workforce.

The CITB Employer Network is funded through the CITB levy and is designed to make training support more accessible to employers across the construction industry. As an approved Employer Network provider, Stallard Kane can help eligible businesses identify suitable training and access available funding to support their development plans.

For many employers, finding the time and budget for training can be challenging. The Employer Network aims to remove some of those barriers, making it easier for businesses to invest in the skills, knowledge and competence of their workforce.

Whether you're looking to develop managers, improve health and safety knowledge, support compliance requirements or upskill employees in specialist areas, there may be funding available to help.

Commenting on the announcement,  Naomi Wistow, Senior Training Advisor

"We're delighted to be part of the CITB Employer Network. Training plays a vital role in keeping people safe, developing skills and helping businesses grow, but we know that funding can often be a barrier. Being part of the network allows us to help more employers access the support available and make training investment go further for their business."

Our Training team can guide you through the process, explain what support may be available and help you identify the most appropriate training for your business.

If your business pays the CITB levy and you'd like to learn more about the funding opportunities available through the CITB Employer Network, we'd be happy to help.
