Stallard Kane's Nicola Randall Shortlisted for Leader in Health & Safety Consultancy Award

Stallard Kane is delighted to announce that Senior Health & Safety Advisor, Nicola Randall, has been shortlisted for the Leader in Health & Safety Consultancy Award at the 2026 Women in Safety & Health (WISH) Awards.

The award recognises individuals who have made a significant impact on improving professional standards within health and safety consultancy through leadership, expert guidance and a commitment to delivering practical solutions that make a real difference to businesses.

Nicola's nomination reflects the dedication, professionalism and expertise she brings to every organisation she supports. Working closely with businesses across a wide range of sectors, she helps clients navigate complex health and safety challenges, strengthen compliance and build safer workplaces through practical, people-focused advice.

Matt Ellis, Client Director at Stallard Kane, said:

"Nicola's nomination is incredibly well deserved. She is passionate about helping clients, always taking the time to understand their business and provide practical advice that genuinely makes a difference. What people don't always see is the impact she has behind the scenes. Through our Consultant Mentor Scheme, Nicola gives her time to coach and support colleagues, helping them build confidence, develop their consultancy skills and deliver the high standards our clients expect. Her willingness to share her expertise and invest in others is one reason this recognition is so thoroughly deserved. We're all incredibly proud to see her shortlisted and wish her every success at the awards."

The Women in Safety & Health (WISH) Awards celebrate individuals and organisations shaping the future of the profession. Being shortlisted alongside some of the UK's leading health and safety consultants is a fantastic achievement and reflects Nicola's commitment to supporting businesses while continually raising industry standards.

The winners will be announced at the Women in Safety & Health Awards ceremony on 15 October 2026 in London.

Congratulations to Nicola on this well-deserved recognition. Everyone at Stallard Kane wishes her the very best of luck.
